This historical adobe house was built in the early of 1900s and has a kiva fireplace. Its elements were designed well which have characteristics of traditional New Mexico. This house was totally designed by studio of R Brant Design leaving many original features. The design of this house was still keeping the originality. Meanwhile, it also brings sophisticated and futuristic to take in Santa Fe.
The look of this house is completed with using light colours such as white, cream, and pale grey and also adds the modern furniture, textiles, and handicraft accessories. The living room is renovated to keep the interior of wall lights and add the light colour on the oak floor. It is also linked the white wood panel and grey and white into the main bathroom. In addition, the house is specially designed for sculptural bookshelves following lines from a kiva fireplace which can glow brightly. A guesthouse is added as a free room and the basement is changed to be an amazing underground wine cellar. With these features, this dwelling will make everyone enjoyable and comfortable to live.
