Attic labyrinthine in Madrid
This bold action is in the attic of an emblematic building of the early 20th century in Madrid, as a new concept of living space that uses different layers to make the most of the headroom of the original space. It’s “Ceramic House”.
In the small area, that has the apartment, one can go through different levels, up or down to meet with each of the rooms. What separate them are no partitions, but levels. This labyrinth in three dimensions is undoubtedly an innovative experience, something we have seen in other projects (such as the Void House) but here carried to extremes. Would you live in a house like this?
The name comes from this project is an assignment of ASCER (the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Ceramic Tile) to create a new concept of life, where pottery is also the protagonist of space….
Tiles with digital printing
There’s no excuse not to customize any corner of home or business, because with a good photo on a ceramic tile decoration can be achieved with character. It can be from the catalog that French firm provides by Okhyo, or your own pictures from the home or office photo album, with they have a higher resolution of 700 pixels per square meter.
The images are then printed on a mosaic of ceramic tile (or glass), it may be used for formats ranging from 15 × 15, 20 × 20, 25 × 20, 20 x 25, up to 30x30cm. As can be seen in the images are enough to apply the decoration on the surface of the wall to get the effect is powerful.

Ideas for Home Renovation
● A good part of the house to start renovating is the kitchen. It is the most used room in a typical home that is used not only for cooking but many use it for informal dining as well.

Bedrooms & Dens
